The Portage County Human Resource Association (PCHRA) was established in 1967. PCHRA is a chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). 

About the PCHRA
The primary purpose of the association is the development and improvement of industrial relations, personnel administration, and human resource development through regularly scheduled meetings and participation in survey and research projects for the Portage County area. For more information about our organization and membership requirements, see our Constitution and By-Laws.
