to an article in Fortune Magazine (July 5, 1999), an estimated 2.5 million resumes are posted on
the Internet and an estimated 28,500 Websites that offer
job-posting services. The article also reported that in
"January 1998, 17% of Fortune Global 500 companies were
recruiting on the Net, according to research firm iLogos.com in
Ottawa. Just a year later, that figure was 45%."
The trend in Internet
recruiting and job seeking is expected to continue and span all
occupations. Nation

popularity in Northeast Ohio.
